The Room Toronto Edition will be a curated showcase taking place during Fashion Art Toronto week, connecting African and diaspora brands with consumers, creatives, media, and industry. Following three years in New York during NYFW, The Room will expand to Toronto, giving selected brands the opportunity to showcase in our showroom and retail experience.

I acknowledge that the brand participation fee is $3500 Required
I acknowledge that brand participation fees are non-refundable. Required
I acknowledge that I must be active throughout the Room, which runs from 12 pm to 8 pm on Saturday, November 28th. Attendance is mandatory for the entire duration, and I will arrive by 9 am for set-up on Nov 28, 2026, ensuring it is completed by 12 PM. Required
I acknowledge that the event will take place at the W Hotel Toronto, and that, if accepted, I will be present at this location. Required
I acknowledge that banners and backdrops are not permitted. All branding and set-up materials must be pre-approved by the TFLAS team. Required
I acknowledge that all personal items and back stock supplies must be kept to a minimum. Boxes, bags, and suitcases are not permitted in The Room. Required
I acknowledge that the organizers and event staff are not liable for the sales or profits of my business. Required
I agree to submit my brand logo & photos via email when selected as a brand partner. Required
Any false statements or defamation directed towards other small businesses, organizers, or event staff will not be tolerated at our marketplace. Engaging in such behavior will lead to an immediate loss of your vendor space, with no refunds provided. Required

It is the brand's responsibility to obtain brand insurance for the event. The Fashion Law Africa Summit is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen properties.and Required
