Join The Room during TIFF 2026, a curated fashion and cultural experience bringing together emerging luxury brands, creators, media, industry professionals, tastemakers, and consumers.

 

Selected brands will have the opportunity to showcase their collections, connect with new audiences, generate direct sales, and participate in an intimate fashion and cultural experience during one of Toronto’s most significant cultural moments.

I acknowledge that the brand participation fee is $350 Required
I acknowledge that brand participation fees are non-refundable. Required
I acknowledge that I must be active throughout the Room, which runs from 11 pm to 6 pm on September 18 and 19. Attendance is mandatory for the entire duration, and I will arrive by 9 am for set-up on Sept 18, 2026, ensuring it is completed by 11 AM. Required
I acknowledge that the event will take place at the W Toronto at 90 Bloor Street East, Toronto, ON M4W 1A7, Canada, and that, if accepted, I will be present at this location. Required
I acknowledge that banners and backdrops are not permitted. All branding and set-up materials must be pre-approved by the TFLAS team. Required
I acknowledge that all personal items and back stock supplies must be kept to a minimum. Boxes, bags, and suitcases are not permitted in the marketplace. Required
I acknowledge that the organizers and event staff are not liable for the sales or profits of my business. Required
I agree to submit my brand logo & photos via email when selected as a brand partner. Required
Any false statements or defamation directed towards other small businesses, organizers, or event staff will not be tolerated at our marketplace. Engaging in such behavior will lead to an immediate loss of your vendor space, with no refunds provided. Required
I acknowledgeI that, if accepted, I will reserve my spot within 48 hours. Required
It is the brand's responsibility to obtain brand insurance for the event. The Fashion Law Africa Summit is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen properties.and Required
