Brands accepted into our marketplace will receive:

  • Highlighted features on our website, newsletter, and social media channels.

  • Visibility to media, stylists, buyers, and influencers attending the event.

  • Complimentary summit tickets valued at $150 CAD.

  • The opportunity to showcase and/or sell products at Shopify's Toronto headquarters.

What is your preferred method of contact
I acknowledge that the marketplace will be active throughout the summit, which runs from 10 am to 6 pm. Attendance is mandatory for the entire duration, and I will arrive by 8 am for set-up, ensuring it is completed by 9:45 am.
I acknowledge that the vendor fee is $300
I acknowledge that vendor fees are non-refundable.
I acknowledge that banners and backdrops are not permitted. Signage/brand logos must be displayed on the table provided. Additional rack/shelf must be approved by organizers prior to the event.
I acknowledge that a 6 ft bar table & one bar stool will be provided. All vendor set up must be approved by the organizers.
I acknowledge that all personal items and back stock supplies must be kept to a minimum. Boxes, bags, and suitcases are not permitted in the marketplace.
I acknowledge that the organizers and event staff are not liable for the sales or profits of my business.
I agree to submit my brand logo & photos via email when selected as a vendor.
Any false statements or defamation directed towards other small businesses, organizers, or event staff will not be tolerated at our marketplace. Engaging in such behavior will lead to an immediate loss of your vendor space, with no refunds provided.
It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain vendor insurance for the event. The Fashion Law Africa Summit is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen properties.
